Hearst’s 2024 DE&I Report

AWARDED GD USA’S INHOUSE DESIGN AWARD FOR DEI COMMUNICATIONS

Hearst RISE (Reinforcing Inclusion, Supporting Equity) is Hearst’s commitment to its colleagues and customers to create an inclusive culture. The Hearst RISE Report is a live website and also includes a PDF version of the report, highlighting the main themes of that year. The website hosts original videos, telling the stories of Hearst’s employees and programs geared to DE&I. The marketing for the initiative includes an internal e-blast to employees, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns and a digital billboard. I created the branding for this project, as well as design and build the website, PDF version and all promotional materials.
